Bourne House Nursing Home is an attractive detached Victorian House, situated at the heart of prestigious Southborough conservation area of Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames. The Home specialises in caring for the older person who may be frail, confused or mentally infirm. We provide the residents with specialist care to meet their individual needs. We pride ourselves on delivering the best possible care in a friendly and homely atmosphere. The home has recently undergone a major refurbishment and has been carefully equipped throughout to meet the special needs of all residents and to provide a safe and comfortable environment.
Our Philosophy
We
work in a planned and responsive way with our residents to ensure that
they live as independently and normally as possible, with dignity and
deep respect. We offer our residents the opportunity to enhance their
quality of life by providing support and stimulation. Our mission is to
“strive for excellence in providing an ethically sound, 
individualised,
highest quality of nursing care for the older people in an a homely environment
with the support of our highly motivated and trained staff.” Our
prime aim is to make each resident feel involved in decision making about
their life in the Home and to be a valued member of the community.
